Exactly. Current account somewhere deep inside Google databases is bound to
Russia and this cannot be changed. Google support suggested me to create
a new developer account and transfer all apps to it.

Most interesting part is that when I set merchant account back in 2013 I
set very big threshold to payouts. Due to political reasons. I knew that
bad things will occur in Russia (events, actually, exceeded all my
expectations).

So, I planned emigration and planned money withdrawal once I settle in one of
western countries.

When it was time to withdraw - I found that Google noticed that I have some
money and I haven`t withdrawn them for a "long time" - they decided
to transfer money to US State Department. And moreover - if there were
the money - because account is bound to Russia I would not have been able
to get them because I can only specify Russian bank account.

So all money paid for AfterShock now in US State Department.
