He seems to be literate and reasonable, but Ruhfud`s previous sheriffs
have been a motley crew of illiterate rednecks and various petty and
felonious criminals. Same for their DAs, and the insolent wretch DA they have
now -- Teddie Bell *-- is a scoundrel from the wilds of Pennsylvania.
They had a droopy-drawered DA preceding Teddie. He was a known crook,
but it looks as though Ruhfud and McDowell Counties with Teddie Bell
have jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire.
