About all you can do is have them enjoined, and then they don`t obey

 There are specific prohibitions of titles of nobility here in the
USA, but here in Buncombe nobility titles, bluebloods: dukes and their
dykes, duchesses, earls, viscounts, barons, little princelings, and so on
are curiously fashionable.

 Examples: Princeling "Chicken Legs" Calvin Hill. And then there is
Baron von Eduardo Clontz, husband of Her Horship, Baronesse von Gran
Verbrecher-Felonius. And Marchioness Julia "Der Blinquer" Von Matthiessen-Kepple
