But it just seems so obvious. I know many think there is little
difference between cosmic distances/scales, but there are obvious limits
when it comes to the human scale. We will never get remotely close to
another star system let alone all this sci-fi colonization bs. Humans
evolved to survive in a very specific and incredibly narrow set of
conditions, in terms of environment and time scales - these are set in
stone and in a sense we`re doomed. Just enjoy it while you`re here, but
we ain`t going anywhere except in our minds and on cgi screens.
