Description
There happens to be a process, "Look around this room and find something
that`s having an effect on an effect." "All right. Look around here and
find something that`s having an effect on something else." 
The latter one, particularly when tested, will be found occasionally to
turn on for a person for ten or twenty minutes or maybe the next hour or
two, a fantastically widened PT. You can sometimes get the same phenomena
that a Clear gets of knowing about the cards coming, knowing whether lights
are going to turn, when they`re going to turn. His prediction goes way up.

Run the process until a realization occurs, or an ability is regained.
