The attached matrix is pretty good for de-gluing certain parts of
the banks, it`s got the chart of awareness and some sub-harmonics.
I made it up in 1971 after doing several hundred hours of R3R, it`s
not perfect but I`ve never seen the need to touch it up.

Vertical motion in the columns gives you the major thoughts that
stand out in relation to where you are (pick a spot). Horizontal
motion gives harmonically related info.
