How old is your browser ?

Remember, modern web designers do not emit error codes
any more. They instead, create bizarre functional failures.
A user is supposed to "guess" that their browser is
too old for the site, based on a nonsense browser behavior.

"We`re sorry Online Banking isn`t available" == "Try another browser"
