 I use MailBird and while it`s payware, I have a pay once and done
subscription. They run specials 
all the time so I got it cheap.
 It`s not perfect, but it does allow you to unify your accounts and
get all mail in a single screen. 
Filtering is also excellent.
The UI is a little dated but easy to learn.
 Also there are regular updates and the company is very good at
support if you need it.

Worth a look IMHO.
