I`d say so... but stand corrected.

I show absolutely zilch downloads/recent items by right clicking the
Ffox icon (Win 11, Ffox 118.0.1).

Ffox is set to clear cookies and site data each time it`s closed.

My Windoze settings from hitting Start with right click: Settings >
Personalisation > Start  and that has the *Default* radio button
chosen... with all four possibles below as *Off*... and all entries in
the Folders side-opening pullout likewise all *Off*.
