You posted using Eternal-September. I also have an account there, but
it`s my backup Usenet provider. I refreshed the groups list, but I
don`t see alt.sysadmin.bofh on ES or individual.net (my primary Usenet).
Maybe it`s a non-peered newsgroup available only at the BOFH server.
*.test newsgroups aren`t monitored except by those that dump test
messages there when they want to test something, like if their NNTP
client works. There a dozens of *.test newsgroups. Not where you go to
get support from an NNTP service, and not really a place for peer
support.
