    Mornin` from a mild, overcast, dull, dreary but drying out day here 
in South Yorkshire. The drizzle ceased around 10:00 and,  although it 
has been drying out since then,  it`s still quite damp under paw an 
foot.   Temperature out there is 17C (62.6F) with the barometric 
pressure steady at 1018.2 mB and RH showing as 76%.  Forecast is for it 
to remain overcast and dull for the rest of the day with very little 
chance of any more falling wet stuff.  Temperature is to peak at 21C 
(69.8F) in mid-afternoon and then slowly fall to an overnight low of 17C 
(62.6F).  Have a great day everybody and stay safe.
    Sootie again went out before breakfast around 07:30.  She returned 
and had her breakfast around 08:45 and then went upstairs for a snooze 
on my bed.  No sign of Tabby since around midnight when she came round 
for her supper.  This morning the saucer I`d left out overnight was on 
the ground and broken into several pieces,  so I reckon we had been 
visited by some heavier and clumsier overnight.  Grr!!!   More expense 
:(
