IIUC Jamie Raskin, the only thing not continued in the CR that the House
just passed was aid to Ukraine, but that is different from ongoing
expenses that get paid out daily.   No one was going to send anything to
Ukraine this Monday, or if they were, it was already authorized. It`s
some future payment** and there is time to fight about that next week
etc. (**almost all of which is for weapsons that are made and bought in
the US, so it`s not actually money going to them)
