Primary qualifications: Black and a yapper. Intelligence was secondary.

A degree does not confer intellect. Many grads actually leave college
with a net intelligence loss because they don`t learn any practical
application or use. Some can`t even write up a simple list of
instructions.
An Ivy League degree simply means the holder participated in social
gatherings, got drunk and did a lot of drugs.
