Theres a way for water to store oxygen.

Just in the water molecule, it has that, well, 16/18 of it`s mass.

 But would it be better just to fed ex the stuff continually in
space x fed ex like lanable rockets for drinking use and to make oxygen?

 If we were to build a dome on the moon, wouldn`t just shipping
water work better for the electrolysis than a pipeline.

 If there was a wpf02, or water processing facility /oxygen there,
in a 10 m cube, and it was 100 m away from the 20 m high dome,
would this be a better storage facility for making the oxygen, and
transporting that in a 100 m long pipeline.

 Electrolysis, when combined with maybe 10 solar panels, would make
100 liters of oxygen a minute, compared to less per moon rock. Also, a
6280 liter tank in the cube would work well. 

 Perhaps if the cube was used first as a shelter before the dome
that would work, with a tank of water 6280 liters inside it. They could
also put a dog inside that looks like a washington husky, and a mouse,
on a running deal.

 The people could sleep on 4 elevated full size beds in the cube,
then put 8 of them in the dome.

 Perhaps the dome could have 960V of electricity, and 20 solar cells
around it, and later on, other domes could connect to the WPF02.. . By
2050, we could possibly farm on the moon too.
