There is nothing `wrong with` your OS, agent, or NSP. This froup is
very quiet.
I see more activity in other linux groups I visit, such as aol & aol.mint.
The ubuntu forum, otoh, is very active. Historically, if I ask a
question in a newsgroup when I haven`t been able to find an answer by
looking around elsewhere, and feel that I `have to` ask my question in a
web forum, and then I get an answer there because there is more
`attention` in the web forum, I have always come back to the newsgroup
and posted my solution, in an effort to keep my /preferred/ exchange
method alive and well.
Times change; people`s behaviors change. Some of the people who `used
to` be active in newsgroups don`t do that anymore.
Also, if you are looking for help for a question, searching in the Ub
web forum is a pretty good source of information. There are some very
strong `advisors` there.
