I am slowly but surely returning to normal activities, have sent 
everyone home and I`m taking care of myself... cooking, laundry, etc. I 
just feel so weak and tired.

When my CB had thoracic back pain, his doctor would have him do a series 
of exercises with heat therapy, every morning and he would soon be good 
to go. I wish the same for you.
