 [ADD] added config option reader_position_after_save, which determines
which message is read after writing a new message:

current - stay on the current message (default)
next - move to the next message
new - move to the newly written message

 [MOD] in arealist_separator_name, added an optional parameter that
determines the sort order of sections in the area list

[ADD] ability to override config options from the command line:
amberedit -o key value

 [MOD] in echomail, the sender`s address is now read from the origin
and MSGID if it is not found in the database
