 I could be mistaken, but I recall Eugene mentioning something in
the lines of Synchronet already supports longer fields. Granted, I think
FSP-1030 is probably far too new (I don`t see it on ftsc.org, is it even
drafted yet?) for them to have added the kludge support yet.
