 Quite opposite: FSP-1030 didn`t make it as a standard, so it got
"shelved" to FRL-1021 (it`s available on ftsc.org under this identifier)...
until Eugene and me decided to revive it. ;-)

Not sure if Synchronet supports it, probably not.
