 At the moment, I just go to github with a web browser so I can
see where the added text is located better, then copy and paste from
there (diff is a bit of a hassle since I have a lot of options changed
already - so I have to scroll through all of the options I`ve changed and
might miss something). It`s not that big a deal. I was just seeing if
there was another way that I didn`t know of.

 Since the editor is fairly new, I don`t mind manually merging all
new options. That way I know what they are and what options I have.

 Unfortunately, I did that with Golded (only used the options I
needed), so going through `advanced.cfg` I`ve had to pick out things that I
didn`t know were an option for ages and add them into my own. Maybe one
of these days I`ll change that.
