I`m using Fred Riccio`s FREQ-U here.

This is what I have in my binkd.cfg:

 exec "N:\\fido\\freq-u\\FREQ-U.exe SRIF 2:341/234 *S" *.req

You may freq fu_w32.zip from my system.
