Sent files get accepted on his system, but nothing gets out.

 End of last month I sent him an email (to 3 different email
addresses), because I wasn`t getting any responses from his AreaFix, that`s how
I noticed there was a problem on his system. The messages didn`t
bounce, but I haven`t received any response so far.

His Linkedin contact info lists a mobile phone number. Maybe you could try that?
