I will look into this, but I am not sure the combination MinGW+VS
2022 is a viable one. Normally you would either build within the MinGW
environment or within the Visual Studio environment. The combination that you
want is awkward. But let me look at your description in more detail
first. By the way, it may be better to use the PLplot mailing list, as
then others who are invovled with PLplot are more likely to see it as
well.
