I`ve seen claims that some of the QDOS code had a strong resemblance to
CP/M code. I don`t know if it wasn`t that strong a resemblance, or if
Kildall didn`t want to sue at that point, or if software copyright and
patent law at that time didn`t allow for a successful lawsuit.
