      Title: Cilantro-Lime Rice

      Yield: 3 Cups
 
      1 c  Uncooked jasmine rice
      2 c  Chicken broth
      2 tb Lime juice
      2 tb Minced fresh cilantro
    1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
 
  In a small saucepan, combine rice and broth; bring to a
  boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until liquid is
  absorbed and rice is tender, 12-15 minutes. Add lime
  juice, cilantro and nutmeg; fluff with a fork.
