3/4 c Oatmeal
1/4 c Rye flakes
1 tb Corn meal
1 tb Raw wheat germ
1 tb Bran
2 3/4 c Water
A bowlful of sugary instant oats can turn you into a pacifist, unable
to attack your morning`s work. If you really want to feel your oats
after breakfast, try this recipe.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. After it`s ready, sweeten with honey to
taste.
