I didn`t either. He seemed to be too refined for that. I never thought of
him being hoity-toity, more of a guy who had refined tastes. I wish I`d had

Title: Victorian Funeral Cakes

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 1/2 c All purpose flour
1 tb Baking powder
2 lg Eggs -- beaten
1 c Milk
1/4 c Butter -- melted and cooled
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 c Confectioners sugar
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Gresae and flour 18 , 2 1/2" muffin-
tin cups. 2. In a medium-sized bowl ,mix sugar,flour and baking
powder.In a small bowl,mix eggs,milk , melted butter and vanilla. Add
to dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed. 3. Fill muffin cups
halfway. Bake on the middle level of oven for 12-15 minutes. 4.
Immediately remove the cakes from cups and let coolon racks for 15
minutes. Sift Confectioners sugar over each cake.
