Yes, she did. But, whilst it "fixed" the problem it put a hitch in her
"get along" which affected the swimming and put "paid" to the Olympic
hopes. Which was a shame. But, Hayley`s a good kid and she`ll snap back

Title: White Castle Chicken Rings
Categories: Poultry, Breads, Snacks
Yield: 4 servings
1 lb Ground chicken
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1 ts (ea) salt, garlic powder,
- andonion powder
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 lg Egg
1/4 c Whole milk
Oil; for frying
Bring oil to 350┬║F/175┬║C in a deep fryer, large pot or
electric skillet.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs,
salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
Use your hands to create rings out of the chicken
mixture, about 1" in diameter. Dip each ring into
the egg mixture, then back into the chicken mixture to
coat fully.
Fry chicken rings in batches for about 5-7 minutes,
until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
