- (green cooking bananas)
1/2 lb String beans
3 c Coconut milk
1/2 tb Mustard seeds
4 ts Salt
Slice the carrots, potatoes, eggplants, and plantains into
medium-sized pieces. Slice beans into long pieces. Boil everything
together. Pop mustard seeds and add to drained vegetables. Add salt
and coconut milk.
