   1       c            Cooked whole grain wheat, rye,
                        - red lentils, or sprouted
   1                    Green bell pepper -- chopped
   1                    Red bell pepper -- chopped
   1       md           Purple onion -- sliced thinly
     1/2   c            Mayonnaise
     1/2   c            Plain yogurt

  Mix mayonnaise and yogurt. Combine with all the other ingredients
  and toss. Chill thoroughly.
