      1 c  Strawberries; hulled
    2/3 c  Blueberries; picked over
      1 c  Cranberry juice cocktail
      1 md Ripe banana;
           - peeled, cut into chunks,
           - frozen
 
  This is a great way to enjoy fresh berries in season or frozen
  berries the rest of the year. The banana adds creaminess and
  sweetness, but if your berries are less than sweet, you might want to
  add a little maple syup or agave nectar as well.
  
  In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, and cranberry juice,
  and process until smooth. Add the frozen banana chunks and blend
  until thick and smooth and creamy. Pour into two glasses and serve at
  once.
