      Title: Tutti Frutti Smoothie

      2    Dates; pitted
    3/4 c  Pineapple chunks;
           - fresh or canned
    3/4 c  Strawberries; hulled
      1 lg Ripe banana;
           - peeled cut into chunks,
           - frozen
      1 c  Apple juice or
           - other fruit juice
 
  Use whatever fruit is on hand to create a creamy, fruity concoction
  whenever the mood strikes.
  
  Soaked dates in hot water to cover until soft, then drain.
  
  In a blender, combine the dates, pineapple, and strawberries, and
  process until smooth. Add the frozen banana chunks and apple juice
  and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve at
  once.
