                           Lime Float Refresher

   1 1/2  c             Pineapple juice
   1      c             Lime juice
     2/3  c             Sugar
                        Green food coloring
   2      c             Lime sherbert
   2      c             Ginger ale
                        Fresh mint -- for garnish

Combine first 4 ingredients, adding the food coloring a little at a
time, in order to not over-do. Chill well.

Fill 6 glasses half-full of lime mixture; add a scoop of lime
sherbert to each. Fill glasses with ginger ale. Garnish with mint.

Yield: 6 Servings
