 He is the famous war supporter against Ukraine - probably he
doesn`t care what happened to his former Ukrainian citizens, who had to
move to the EU and UK because the glorious Russian army decided to
"liberate" their cities.

 Every day tons of Putin`s propaganda flow into Fidonet from his
node address. But I would not call Stas a "Putin`s penis" - because
that flow is so pathetic that no one pays him, while even bloggers with
just 10k+ followers regularly get at least some amount of money from the
Russian government for propaganda posts ;)
