You missed the point - Your attempts at connection are failing for :

1. Making multiple calls before previous one finishes (my system sees a other
attempt as keys/flags are locked with the first one so others get rejected.

2. Produce error showing at my end as :

Possible reason is you are using a bad version of binkd/p which I notice is
only v1.0.

My system does attempt to connect using protocol v1.1 before reverting to v1.0
but only if connecting system has a link here.

Tty status b0 is another and no, no idea what that means.


Continuing on your comment, my system complies with all protocols and has done
so for well over 25 years.

There are restrictions for some countries that are on the NATO, UN and other
embargoed lists.  I have no control over that as my service is a secured Linux
system.
