   Finds the most recent nodelist in the specified directory and, if it is older
than the specified age in days, sends a notification to the sysop via netmail
and/or Telegram.
   Checks for new messages in the specified netmail area and sends a
notification and (optionally) the new messages themselves to Telegram. To send
messages to Telegram, you need to create your own bot.

Creating a bot: In BotFather, enter /newbot, create a name and a
unique username (ending in bot), then save the resulting
API token. Messages will arrive if you have an open chat with your bot.
