I suggest you read some book about basic network TCP/IP stuff, because
the nodelistdb page was clearly showing the anomaly in the test results
and you failed to understand it.
It was created specifically to test for such anomalies, because it`s not
a mailer (!), it`s a tool for testing other systems.
The competent person would just go to
https://nodelist.fidonet.cc/ (or
Russian mirror on nodelist.5001.ru) and check the nodelist history for
node 2:203/910. The hostname (and ipv6 reachability) changed just around
the time when connection time increased considerably, indicating
significant changes in network setup.
