Hello All!

FidoMail Mobile 0.1.0+63 is out. Most of the work this time is under
the hood - a hardening pass over mail exchange and backups - plus a
few visible touches.

- Mail exchange integrity: a storage error in the middle of a session
  now aborts it cleanly instead of pretending all went well. Nothing
  is marked processed until it is really stored, and the next
  exchange resumes exactly where the failed one stopped - an
  interrupted exchange can no longer silently lose mail.
- Backups grew up: export and import stream to and from the archive
  instead of holding everything in memory, so a big message base
  backs up fine on a modest phone. A restore applies atomically - if
  it fails midway, the app comes back with the old data intact, not
  a mix of old and new data.
- The message list toolbar slimmed down to Reply, jump-to-newest and
  More; sort, layout and show-read moved into a live "View..." sheet
  where every choice applies as you tap it. The overflow menus are
  grouped with dividers, and messages now offer both "Mark read" and
  "Mark unread".
- The composer greeting follows the To field: change the addressee
  and "Hello, Andrew!" updates itself. If you already edited the
  greeting by hand, it stays yours.
- People you write to are now added to the address book, the same
  way as people who write to you.
- On startup the app shows a loading screen while storage opens,
  instead of a black window.
