 The latter is a bit like "happy eyeballs" except that the latter
gives IPv6 a small advantage by letting it win even if it is a tiny
bit slower.

 Of course this was developed for browsers where there is a user
waiting for the respons. Binkp is for machines and machines don`t mind
taking a bit extra time. Binkd just tries IPv6 first and only if it
fails falls back to IPv4. Works fine for a mailer...
