Hello All!

What is new in FidoMail Mobile 0.1.2+80:

- Fixed: "Descending" did nothing while the list was sorted by
  thread (the default). Now it puts the newest threads first; the
  replies inside a thread still read top to bottom.
- Fixed: "Default sort" and "Show read messages" in Settings did not
  take effect in an echo you had already opened until the app was
  restarted. They apply at once now. A sort you picked in an echo
  itself still wins there.
- Tip: for the newest message always on top, pick Date + Descending.
- The iOS build now runs on iPad as well.
