 Hm, but why? Any real-life cases? By my understanding, the charset
should reflect the author`s charset.

 Fidomail (not Mobile) now has a feature to automatically "downgrade"
the message`s charset to ASCII if all characters are ASCII-representable,
but why use another user`s charset?
