 You can ask your provider. 
 And no i`m not bullying you. 

  it`s just your registration details are hidden from the whois for
privacy reasons you need to pay extra, for this.
 but I think this is now the standard procedure for the whois lookups.

 but you must know this because you worked for RTT (Belgacom).
