I looked into this one. It`s a bit strange.

The geoiplookup gives the same result as above.

 When you lookup this hoster, it is headquartered in Lithuania,
though it has a registered office in Cyprus (as seen above).

 When you look at their website it says it has multiple datacenters
around the world, but it doesn`t mention the Netherlands.

 So that`s what I meant with whois is not reliable as a geo
location tool. But maybe it`s the only source available, for some or most
ip addresses?
