 The vast majority of consumers use a router from their provider and
the vast majority of those routers support IPv6 and have it enabled by
default. Your provider`s router certainly does.

Of course.

 In this part of the world providers must allow their clients to
use their own modem/routers. By EU directive. Only a small minority (<
1%) does it. But those that do, are not users that are satisfied with
old stuff that does not support IPv6. The vast majority of routers now
for sale support IPv6.
