New RC42

RC42 Viktor Cizek has announced his resignation as RC42.

Thank you, Viktor, for having provided excellent service
during your tenure.

It seems R42 has decided upon a successor-RC: Karel Kral
of 2:423/39. He is already occupying the 2:42/0-slot in both
the Z2DAILY as well as in the world-nodelist.

It is my pleasure to appoint him in that position.

Please join me in wishing him the best of luck in this
endeavour.

To everybody maintaining links into R42, maybe a good moment
to reflect upon your procedures.
