I don`t think you need your uplink`s address in the
"EchoAreaDefaults" line. In this case, with those two lines the way they are, you`re
actually specifying your uplink`s address twice for the "EchoArea" line, which
you don`t need to do.
I`m guessing you have some sort of config option for auto-adding
areas, and specify that address there so that it is added to the
"EchoArea" lines when a new area is added. That should be all that is
needed.
