 The only way I see the files for fsxnet (21:*) is that the
outbound directory has 21 in it.

 It seems that binkd doesn`t seem to resolv 21:3/100 however if I
do a ns lookup it resolves.

I will try removing both 4s from the config and keep trying.

 Also I don`t understand why does the tosser packer create a
directory for the point although it should have been for the bossnode of
that point.
