 More than likely, you originally created that bundle on a Tuesday,
and it hasn`t been sent yet. So hpt will keep adding packets to that
same bundle until the specified bundle size limit is met. Once that
happens, a new bundle will be created with an extension for the day it was
created, not the day it currently is if it never gets sent out.

So, sounds more like a mailer/connection problem, instead.
