You never know. When I did residential
IT, I had a 96 year old customer who
used an electric magnifying glass
pressed directly to the screen to use
AOL mail scaled up to the point where 
only three characters were visible on
screen at a time. I feel at that point
you probably ought to get specialized
software, but good luck training a
lady in her 90s.
