Same here.  Seems no where to be found...

I decided to edit this message.

 Perhaps it has to do with changes that will be coming about on
the filegate. Right now we are in the midst of switching from Vincent
Coen`s excellent filegate system in the UK to mine, at 1:261/38. We have
a few more connections to confirm and then we can give Vincent a
break with file distribution at least. He`ll still maintain his own file
areas and maintain the Echolist.
